What if my canvas is damaged while in transit?

Typically, if something is damaged during shipping, it will be replaced. What you’ll first need to do first is cut out a 6″ x 6″ piece of the canvas and mail it back to us. We’ll also need photos that document the damage that was done to the box while it was in transit. Once we obtain those two things, we can process and ship you a fresh piece. NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
